A Dock Folder is used to create a new Level - or grouping - of Dock Items. Dock Folders can
contain one or more further Dock Folders as well as icons for programs, files etc.
Place the mouse cursor over the Dock (ie its background, Centre Button or an existing Dock Item)
and press the right mouse button. From the pop-up Menu that appears, select "Add Dock Folder".
You can now modify the display icon and name using the dialog that appears.
